Our Deluxe Studios (27–28 sqm) are bright, spacious, and perfect for independent student living. Each studio features a comfortable living area with a double bed, private bathroom, and washing machine included in the rent. The highlight is the closed, fully-equipped kitchen—a separate room with a door—perfect for anyone who loves to cook.
 
These studios also accept dual occupancy at no extra rent and are pet-friendly (pet policy applies).
