One-Bedroom D flats (32 sqm) are our most affordable one-bedroom option. The bedroom is semi-independent: there’s no door, but it’s in a closed-off space, providing privacy while keeping the flat open and spacious. This layout gives a larger living area, ideal for students who want plenty of space to relax, study, and entertain. Each flat also features an open-plan kitchen, bathroom, and private washing machine. These flats allow dual occupancy at no extra rent and are pet-friendly (pet policy applies).
